I use Google Docs and Drive for collaboration. Google account can be created with any email, it's not an email account, just a quick access to shared Google resources. I'll send you a link with my first email reply (... or click here).

A shared folder will be created with your email and name, and a document called Discussion. We will use the folder to share any relevant documents - PDF, Images, Code Files etc.
